Casa Tortuga is designed for intimate, meaningful gatherings. Our sleeping accommodations comfortably host 11–14 guests, while the property itself can accommodate larger daytime events.
Our two-story open-air gathering space holds up to 40 guests per level, and the expansive lawn can accommodate additional tented setups for larger experiences.
While we typically host retreats of 25 guests or fewer, we are open to larger gatherings when the vision and partnership feel aligned.

Yes. Once your retreat is booked, retreat coordination support is included at no additional cost.
We’re happy to connect you with trusted local collaborators, including chefs, bodyworkers, energy healers, artisans, and other practitioners who can help bring your experience to life.
Please note that all vendor agreements, scheduling, and payments are handled directly between you and the vendor.

Catering and on-site staffing are not included in the venue rental.
Your booking includes exclusive access to the sanctuary and its amenities. If you would like housekeeping or additional support services, we’re happy to help arrange those for an additional fee.

Yes. We welcome shorter bookings with a 3-night minimum stay.

Casa Tortuga is approximately 45 minutes from Aguadilla Airport (BQN) and about 2.5 hours from San Juan Airport (SJU).

Yes. Payment plans are available, with more flexible options for those booking further in advance.
All bookings must be paid in full at least 3 months prior to your retreat start date.
As a bonus, hosts who book a 6-night retreat and pay in full upfront receive an additional complimentary night to extend their stay.
